MARINE POLLUTION ACT 2012 - SECT 136

136 Requirement to carry garbage record book on platform

The owner of a platform must ensure that a garbage record book that complies with this Division is carried on the platform.

: Maximum penalty--

(a) in the case of an individual--$5,500, or

(b) in the case of a corporation--$22,000.
