New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA period of suspension imposed by the Board under this Division may be extended, from time to time, by the Board by order for a further period or further periods, each of not more than 8 weeks, but only if:
(a) the Chairperson or a Deputy Chairperson is satisfied, on the basis of information provided by the Board, that there is no material change in the circumstances that gave rise to the making of the order imposing the suspension and has approved the extension in writing, and
(b) the complaint about the practitioner has not been disposed of.
