New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA Committee or the Tribunal may exercise any power or combination of powers conferred on it by this Division if it finds the subject-matter of a complaint against a person to have been proved or the registered medical practitioner who is the subject of the complaint admits to it in writing to the Committee or Tribunal.
