Powers may be exercised if complaint proved or admitted
60 Powers may be exercised if complaint proved or admitted
A Committee or the Tribunal may exercise any power or combination of powers
conferred on it by this Division if it finds the subject-matter of a complaint
against a person to have been proved or the registered medical practitioner
who is the subject of the complaint admits to it in writing to the Committee
or Tribunal.
