Complaints to be in writing etc
43 Complaints to be in writing etc
(1) A complaint (except one made by the Board or the Director-General) must be
in writing and contain particulars of the allegations on which it is founded.
A complaint need not be made in terms that are strictly consistent with the
terminology of section 36.
(2) The Board or the Commission may consider and
investigate a complaint even if it does not comply with these requirements but
must not refer the complaint under Division 3 until they are complied with.
