MEDICAL PRACTICE ACT 1992 - SECT 29
Appeal
29 Appeal
(1) A person whose name has been removed from the Register under section 25
(Removal of person wrongfully registered) or the particulars of whose
qualifications have been altered under section 26 (Amendment of incorrect
particulars concerning qualifications) may appeal to the Tribunal against the
removal or alteration.
(2) The appeal must be made within 28 days (or such
longer period as the Registrar may allow in a particular case) after notice of
the removal or alteration is given to the person.
(3) The Tribunal may make
such order in the matter as it thinks fit (or may refuse to make any order)
and the Board is to give effect to any order of the Tribunal.
