Right of appeal
17 Right of appeal
(1) A person may appeal to the Tribunal against any of the following
determinations of the Board: (a) a determination because of which the
person’s application for registration has been refused or a condition has
been imposed on the person’s registration,
(b) a determination on a review
under section 10 (Conditions may be imposed in cases of impairment) of the
conditions to which a person’s registration is subject.
(2) An appeal must
be made within 28 days (or such longer period as the Registrar may allow in a
particular case) after notice of the determination is given to the person.
