MARINE POLLUTION ACT 1987 - SECT 22
False entries in cargo record book
22 False entries in cargo record book
A person shall not make, in a cargo record book of a ship to which section 21
applies, an entry that is false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty: 200 penalty units.
