MUSEUM OF APPLIED ARTS AND SCIENCES ACT 1945 - SECT 13

13 Branches

The trustees may establish, maintain and control branches of the Museum within New South Wales and may delegate to any officers or employees of such branches such powers and duties as the trustees may by resolution determine:
Provided that the Governor on the recommendation of the Trust may appoint advisory committees to assist the Trust and its officers in respect to such branch museums.
