(3) A regional advisory
council is to comprise representatives of relevant local or regional agencies,
community organisations or individuals and a member of the Advisory Board (who
is to be the chairperson of the council). The composition of a regional
advisory council is to reflect the diversity of the local community concerned.
(4) The procedure for the calling of meetings of a regional advisory council
and for the conduct of business at those meetings is to be as determined by
Multicultural NSW or (subject to any determination of Multicultural NSW) by
the council.
