New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsUpon the publication of the notification in the Gazette declaring that the land therein described has been resumed under this Act, such land shall forthwith be vested in the Council for the purposes of this Act for an estate of inheritance in fee simple in possession, freed and discharged from all trusts, obligations, estates, interests, contracts, charges, rates, rights-of-way, or other easements whatsoever, and to the intent that the legal estate therein, together with all powers incident thereto or conferred by this Act shall be vested in the Council for the purposes of this Act.
