New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Council may from time to time borrow by debentures, having a currency not exceeding twenty-one years, and carrying interest at a rate not exceeding four per centum per annum on the security of any rates, revenues, or other property, real or personal, belonging to them, and not held in trust for any specific purpose any money required to carry out the provisions of this Act.
