New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsSubject to the provisions of this Act it shall be lawful for the Council, and for any officer thereof, and for any persons authorized by the Council to enter upon the lands of any person whomsoever which the Council may resume, and to take possession and appropriate the same for the purposes of this Act. Provided always that entry shall not be necessary in any case to perfect the title of the Council to any lands acquired under this Act.
