New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsEvery person claiming compensation in respect of any land so resumed under the authority of this Act shall within ninety days from the publication of such notification, or afterwards, if a Judge of the Supreme Court shall upon the application and at the cost of the claimant so direct, serve a notice in writing upon the Town Clerk of Sydney, which notice shall set forth the nature of the estate or interest of the claimant in such land, together with an abstract of his title, and if he claims in respect of damage the nature of the damage which he has sustained or will sustain by reason of such resumption as aforesaid.
