MINE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2004 - SECT 69
Regulations may require notice to be given
69 Regulations may require notice to be given
(1) The regulations may
require a person, or persons of a specified class, to give notice to the
Chief Inspector of the commencement or discontinuation of operations or
activities at a mine that are prescribed by the regulations.
(2) The
regulations may prescribe the amount of notice to be given and the details
that are required to be contained in the notice.
(3) A person who is required
to give notice must comply with the regulations made under this section.
