MINE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2004 - SECT 44
Contents of emergency plan
(1) An emergency plan must contain an
up-to-date plan of the mine and any other plan required by the regulations.
(2) An emergency plan must adequately address emergency evacuation and any
other matter prescribed by the regulations.
