New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf a person ceases to be the operator of a mine, that person must take all reasonable steps to return to the current mine holder any information provided to the person under section 24 (1) or otherwise obtained by the person in the course of exercising the functions of an operator that are prescribed by the regulations, whether or not updated by the operator. That information must be returned as soon as practicable after the person ceases to be the operator.
