MINE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2004 - SECT 28
No work directly related to mining without mine safety management plan
(1) The operator of a mine must ensure that work directly related to mining is
not carried out by any person at the mine unless a mine safety management plan
that complies with this Act and the regulations has been implemented for the
mine.
(2) The regulations may specify that work is or is not
"directly related to mining" for the purposes of this section.
