Mine holder must give operator health and safety information
24 Mine holder must give operator health and safety information
(1) If a
mine holder nominates a person other than the mine holder as the operator of a
mine, the mine holder must provide the person nominated with all information
available to the mine holder that may reasonably be relevant to the
development and implementation of a mine safety management plan for the mine.
(2) The regulations may prescribe the information that must be provided under
this section.
