Detention on order of Magistrate or bail officer
24 Detention on order of Magistrate or bail officer
(cf 1990 Act, s 25)
A person may be taken to and detained in a declared mental health facility in
accordance with an order made under section 33 of the
Mental Health (Criminal Procedure) Act 1990 .
