Community treatment orders relating to interstate persons181 Community treatment orders relating to interstate persons

A community treatment order may be made under Part 3 of Chapter 3 or under the
Mental Health and Cognitive Impairment Forensic Provisions Act 2020 for an
affected person who does not reside in this State, if the
mental health facility implementing the order is located in this State.
