20A Surrender of licence

(1) The holder of a licence may (subject to section 20D (2A)), by notice in writing given to the Director-General and accompanied by the licence, surrender the licence.

(2) Despite subsection (1), a licensee whose licence has been lost or destroyed may surrender the licence by giving to the Director-General a notice in writing and specifying in the notice that the licence has been lost or destroyed, as the case may be.
