17 Custody and use of seal of Trust

(1) The seal of the Trust is kept by the Chairman and may be affixed to a document only:

(a) in accordance with a resolution of the Trust, and

(b) in the presence of not fewer than 2 members of the Board, and

(c) with an attestation by the signatures of those members of the fact of the affixing of the seal.

(2) An instrument purporting to have been sealed with the seal of the Trust and to have been signed by not fewer than 2 members of the Board is taken to have been executed in accordance with this section.
