Appeal to Full Court from decree or order of Court
82 Appeal to Full Court from decree or order of Court
(1) Any person aggrieved by any decree or order of the Court (including a
decree or order respecting costs only) may within twenty-one days next after
the pronouncing or making of the same enter in the prescribed manner an appeal
against such decree or order to the Full Court and on any appeal every decree
or order may be reversed or varied as the Full Court thinks proper.
(2) The
appellant shall within twenty-one days after the entry of his appeal give
security as prescribed to prosecute his appeal with effect and to obey the
decree or order in all things in case of its eventual affirmance and also to
pay the costs of the appeal if costs are thereupon awarded against him.
(3)
Any person so aggrieved may limit his appeal to costs only and no security
shall be required in appeals so limited.
