MATRIMONIAL CAUSES ACT 1899 - SECT 7
Power to decree
7 Power to decree
(1) The Court on being satisfied of the truth of the allegations contained in
the petition and that there is no legal ground why the same should not be
granted may decree restitution of conjugal rights accordingly.
(2) A decree
for restitution of conjugal rights shall not be enforced by attachment.
