requires:
"Alimony" includes maintenance.
"Marriage" includes a union which is ostensibly a marriage and which is the
subject of judicial proceedings to determine its validity.
"The Court" means:
(1) the Court holden before the Judge appointed to exercise jurisdiction under this Act or before any Judge acting in his place or having co-ordinate jurisdiction with him
(2) in the case of an appeal the Full Court
(3) in the case of any proceeding to which section 93A of this Act applies the registrar or any deputy registrar."The Full Court" means the Supreme Court consisting of three or more Judges sitting as in banco.
