MATRIMONIAL CAUSES ACT 1899 - SECT 26
Power to direct questions to be argued
26 Power to direct questions to be argued
(1) Whenever the Court deems it necessary or expedient to have any question in
relation to a petition for dissolution of marriage fully argued it may direct
all necessary papers in the matter to be sent to the Crown Solicitor.
(2) The
Crown Solicitor shall under the directions of the Attorney-General instruct
counsel to argue such question before the Court.
