MOTOR ACCIDENT INJURIES ACT 2017 - SECT 4.14

4.14 Publication of information to assist determination of non-economic loss

(cf s 135 MACA)

(1) The Authority may publish information, or promote the publication of information, to assist the determination of the appropriate level of damages for non-economic loss as a result of motor accidents.

(2) A court or the Commission may have regard to any such information, but is not bound to act on it.
