MOREE AND DISTRICT WAR MEMORIAL EDUCATIONAL CENTRE ACT 1962 - SECT 7

7 Management committee

(1) There shall be a management committee of the Educational Centre and the said land. The management committee shall comprise the headmaster for the time being of Moree High School and the executive member for the time being of the Moree Regional Public Library Committee.

(2) Such management committee, for and on behalf of the trustees, shall, subject to this Act and the regulations and the control and direction of the trustees, have the care, control and management of the Educational Centre and the said land.
