MOREE AND DISTRICT WAR MEMORIAL EDUCATIONAL CENTRE ACT 1962 - SECT 5

5 Use of Educational Centre

(1) Subject to the regulations:

(a) the assembly hall and its facilities within the Educational Centre shall be available for occupation by the pupils of the public schools at Moree under the supervision of a teacher, at all reasonable times, free of charge, and

(b) the library and its facilities within the Educational Centre shall be controlled and managed by the Moree Regional Public Library Committee as a library and for the purposes of library services upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the Moree Regional Public Library Committee and the trustees.

(2) The Educational Centre may be used for education and cultural purposes and such other purposes as may be approved by the trustees upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by the trustees.
Such terms and conditions may include terms and conditions as to the payment to the trustees of such charges as the trustees may think proper.
