MOREE AND DISTRICT WAR MEMORIAL EDUCATIONAL CENTRE ACT 1962 - SECT 3

3 Dedication

(1) The land described in the Schedule to this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the said land") is hereby set apart and dedicated for the purposes of the establishment and maintenance thereon and the use of the Educational Centre.

(2) Any trusts, conditions or dedications affecting the said land immediately before the commencement of this Act are hereby revoked and annulled.
