MISCELLANEOUS ACTS (LOCAL COURT) AMENDMENT ACT 2007 - SECT 4

4 Further amendment of Acts and instruments

(1) Each Act and instrument specified in Column 1 of Schedule 2 is amended by omitting “a Local Court” wherever occurring in the provision of that Act or instrument specified in Column 2 of that Schedule and inserting instead “the Local Court”.

(2) Each Act and instrument specified in Column 1 of Schedule 3 is amended by omitting “A Local Court” wherever occurring in the provision of that Act or instrument specified in Column 2 of that Schedule and inserting instead “The Local Court”.

(3) Each Act and instrument specified in Column 1 of Schedule 4 is amended by omitting “a Local Court constituted by a Magistrate sitting alone” wherever occurring in the provision of that Act or instrument specified in Column 2 of that Schedule and inserting instead “the Local Court”.

(4) Each Act and instrument specified in Column 1 of Schedule 5 is amended by omitting “a Local Court constituted by a Magistrate” wherever occurring in the provision of that Act or instrument specified in Column 2 of that Schedule and inserting instead “the Local Court”.

(5) Each Act and instrument specified in Column 1 of Schedule 6 is amended by omitting “a Local Court held before a Magistrate sitting alone” wherever occurring in the provision of that Act or instrument specified in Column 2 of that Schedule and inserting instead “the Local Court”.

(6) Each Act and instrument specified in Column 1 of Schedule 7 is amended by omitting “ Local Courts Act 1982 ” wherever occurring in the provision of that Act or instrument specified in Column 2 of that Schedule and inserting instead “ Local Court Act 2007 ”.
