MOTOR ACCIDENTS COMPENSATION ACT 1999 - SECT 57A
Motor Accidents Medical Assessment Service
57A Motor Accidents Medical Assessment Service
(1) The Authority is to establish in association with its operations a unit,
to be known as the Motor Accidents Medical Assessment Service.
(2) The
Service is to consist of medical assessors and such officers of the Authority
as the Authority determines.
