"court fees" means court fees payable in respect of a claim determined by a
court which was not the subject of an assessment of the amount of damages
under Part 4.4.
(2) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to
court fees payable under this Chapter.
(3) In particular, the regulations may
specify any such fee or the method by which the fee is to be calculated, and
may specify by whom and in what circumstances the fee is payable.
