51 Rules of court
(1) The practice and procedure in proceedings under this Act in the Supreme
Court shall be as prescribed by rules of court made under the Supreme Court
Act 1970 .
(2) Rules of court not inconsistent with this Act may be made by a
majority of the District Court judges for the regulation of the practice and
procedure in proceedings under this Act in the District Courts.
(6) Rules of
court not inconsistent with this Act may be made under the
Local Court Act 2007for the regulation of the practice and procedure in
proceedings under this Act in the Local Court.
