(b) must state that objections to
the granting of the proposed lease, or proposals for the inclusion in the
proposed lease of any condition, may be made to the Minister on or before the
date specified in the notice.
(3) The date specified in a notice under this
section must be a date occurring not less than 28 days after the date of
service of the notice.
