Shape and dimensions of land over which assessment lease may be granted
43 Shape and dimensions of land over which assessment lease may be granted
(1) The land over which an assessment lease is granted may differ in size or
shape from, but may not include land other than, the land over which the lease
was sought.
(2) Subsection (1)--
(a) extends to the grant of a single
assessment lease for 2 or more applications made by the same applicant, and
(b) as extended, applies as if the land over which the assessment lease was
sought was the land over which the 2 or more assessment leases were sought.
