Waiver or refund of fees and charges
382A Waiver or refund of fees and charges
(1) The Secretary may refund or
waive payment of the whole or any part of a fee or charge that this Act
requires to be paid, on his or her own initiative or on the application of the
person who is required to pay the fee or charge, if the Secretary is satisfied
that there is good cause for doing so.
(2) The regulations may make further
provision for the waiver or refund of fees and charges payable under this Act.
