382 Applications, tenders and giving of documents and information generally
(1) An application or tender under this Act must be made in an approved form.
(2) If an approved form is required to be completed in a specified way, the
form is not completed unless the form is completed in the specified way.
(3)
If an approved form requires specified information to be included in or
submitted with the form, the form is not completed unless the specified
information is included in or submitted with the form.
(4) An application,
tender or prescribed document, thing or information, required or authorised
under this Act to be given to a person, must be given in the way, and within
the periods, prescribed by the regulations, if any.
(5) In this section--
"prescribed document, thing or information" means a document, thing or
information prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section.
