Land in reserve or opal prospecting area
36 Land in reserve or opal prospecting area
An assessment lease may not be granted over any land within:
(a) an opal
prospecting area, or
(b) a reserve in respect of which an order prohibiting
the granting of assessment leases is in force under section 367.
