MINING ACT 1992 - SECT 30
Exempted areas
30 Exempted areas
(1) The holder of an exploration licence may not, except with the consent of
the Minister, exercise any of the rights conferred by the licence within land
in an exempted area.
(2) Such consent may be given either unconditionally or
subject to conditions.
