Directions to furnish names and addresses
277 Directions to furnish names and addresses
(1) If the Land and Environment Court considers that a landholder of any land
may be entitled to compensation under this Part, the Court may, by instrument
in writing served on the holder of the authorisation concerned, direct the
holder to notify the Court of the name and address of the landholder.
(2) An
instrument served under this section must specify a date on or before which
compliance with the direction contained in the instrument is required.
