Form and amount of security deposit
261D Form and amount of security deposit
(1) A security deposit may be in (but is not limited to) any of the following
forms-- (a) a bank guarantee,
(b) cash,
(c) a bond,
(d) another form (such
as an insurance policy) that the decision-maker considers appropriate and
specifies in the security deposit condition.
