Alternative procedures for making access management plan236C Alternative procedures for making access management plan
An access management plan for land within an access management area--
(a) may be agreed between a miners' representative and the landholder, or
(b) may be determined by the Secretary or the Land and Environment Court in accordance with this Part,either before or after small-scale titles are granted in relation to the land.
