Marking out of proposed claim area
176 Marking out of proposed claim area
(1) Before applying for a mineral claim, a person must, in the manner
prescribed by the regulations, mark out the area of land over which the person
wishes the mineral claim to be granted.
(2) The area marked out must comply
with the regulations in relation to shape and size.
