Offence of contravening exclusion order
175D Offence of contravening exclusion order
(1) A person must not knowingly contravene an exclusion order that is in force
in respect of the person.
: Maximum penalty--200 penalty units or imprisonment
for 2 years, or both.
(2) It is a sufficient defence to a prosecution under
this section if the defendant establishes that he or she had a reasonable
excuse for contravening the order.
