Interest in authority to be created by instrument in writing
160 Interest in authority to be created by instrument in writing
(1) A legal or equitable interest in an authority may not be created or
disposed of except by instrument in writing.
(2) The creation of a legal or
equitable interest in an authority does not affect the liability of the holder
of the authority for any breach of the conditions of the authority or of any
of the provisions of this Act or the regulations.
