(1) The Secretary is to cause a record to be kept of--
(a) every application
for an authority that is duly made under this Act, and
(b) every authority
that is granted, renewed, transferred or cancelled under this Act, and
(c)
every other matter in relation to which the Secretary is required to keep a
record by the regulations.
(2) The record must be kept in the approved form
(if any) and must contain the particulars prescribed by the regulations.
(3)
The record must be kept available at such offices of the Department as may be
prescribed by the regulations for inspection, free of charge, by members of
the public.
