Withdrawal from arbitration
153 Withdrawal from arbitration
(1) The parties to a hearing may, at any time before the conclusion of the
hearing, terminate the hearing by notice in writing, signed by all of the
parties, served on the arbitrator.
(2) This section does not limit the
liability of the holder of a prospecting title to bear the arbitrator's costs
in relation to the hearing.
