152 Costs of mediation and arbitration hearing
(2) The arbitrator's costs in relation to the hearing are to be borne by the
holder of the prospecting title.
(3) Payment of the arbitrator's costs in
relation to a hearing is, for the purpose of any security given by the holder
of a prospecting title, taken to be an obligation under the title.
