Application of mandatory provisions of access codes
141B Application of mandatory provisions of access codes
(1) An access arrangement is taken to include provisions in the same terms as
the mandatory provisions of the access code.
(2) A provision of an access
arrangement has no effect to the extent that it contains obligations on the
holder of the prospecting title that are less stringent than those in a
mandatory provision.
